Praise:
“Nancy Silverton is a force of nature, bringing maximum imagination and exacting technique to anything she cooks or bakes. A simple peanut butter cookie becomes not only the supreme example of a peanut butter cookie…but something that tastes more of itself…With The Cookie That Changed My Life, Silverton takes classic American baked goods…and makes the best possible version in the universe.”
