With the busy-ness of the new year, we’re delighting in delicious, quick dinners. Emily Weinstein, editor in chief of New York Times Cooking and Food, offers a beautifully curated group of recipes in her new cookbook, Easy Weeknight Dinners. This highly accessible, indispensable cookbook contains 100 of Weinstein’s favorite dishes, some of which take as little as 10 minutes to make.

She will be joined by bestselling cookbook author of Korean American: Food That Tastes Like Home and The New York Times Magazine columnist Eric Kim for this appetizing afternoon about delectable dinners for busy people. Tea and coffee will be served with an assortment of Eric’s famous cookies following the program.

The conversation with be moderated by Genevieve Ko, deputy editor and columnist for the Food section and NYT Cooking.

Building on an early career in book publishing, she has dedicated her professional life to sharing stories and broadening the reach of public institutions to welcome visitors and students of all ages and backgrounds to experience educational, arts, and cultural opportunities.
