With 25 years in the nonprofit sector, Jenny Davidson-Goldbronn is a valued executive coach, fundraiser, and organizational strategist whose success is grounded in a life-long commitment to mission-driven work. Jenny is known for her authenticity, a unique blend of humility, courage, and humor that puts the individuals and teams with whom she works at ease.

Founded in 2014, Davi-Gold LLC is a Los Angeles-based, national-in-scope coaching and consulting firm. Ranging from startups to University systems, Jenny’s clients cross disciplines and causes with special expertise in higher education, healthcare, and human rights. Current and past clients include the University of California Global Health Institute (UCGHI); Griffith Observatory; Patagonia; Point Foundation; UCLA Center for World Health; and Williams Institute at UCLA School of Law.

Prior to launching her firm, Jenny held fundraising leadership roles at organizations including the Children’s Hospital Los Angeles, UCLA AIDS Institute within the David Geffen School of Medicine, the Jewish Federation of Greater Los Angeles, and the Autry Museum of the American West.  

Jenny holds a BA in Sociology from Brandeis University and a Masters in Psychology from Pepperdine University. She is an ICF-certified Executive Coach trained at the Hudson Institute and completed the Stanford Business Leadership Series within the Stanford University Graduate School of Business.
