Coordinator of Council Relations
The Library Foundation of Los Angeles (LFLA) seeks a Coordinator of Council Relations to provide administrative support to the Director of Council Relations including responding to telephone inquiries for the Council and Foundation, Council membership renewals, taking notes at meetings, managing Director of Council Relations’ meeting schedule and logistics, assisting at Council membership luncheons and events. The ideal candidate will be experienced in handling a wide range of administrative support and skilled in volunteer engagement. This person must have a close focus on attention to detail, be exceedingly well organized, flexible and able to work independently. This position requires a high level of professionalism and discretion. Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills along with good judgment are equally important.

This department communicates the Library Foundation’s internal and external strategic vision through brand awareness, media outreach, storytelling, relationship building, and brand advocacy.
